Escrow for a domain sale

When a domain is sold, we hold both the domain and the money until both are available.

10%

Both are available

We pay the former owner, less a 10% fee, and send the EPP key to the future owner.

5 days

If the fixed deadline passes

We return the money to where it came from, and return the domain to its original owner as an EPP key for transfer.

EPP key

EPP keys can be sent to escrow@hehe.si, encrypted with the PGP public key. The key is hidden, and you can copy it.
