Email

The mail server is called mail.hehe.si. That name is in the SSL certificate and in the DNS servers, so it is best to use it.

Set the server for incoming mail. You can choose IMAP or POP3. We recommend IMAP, because you can then reach your mail from anywhere through the web interface. In both cases the server requires a secure protocol (SSL or TLS) and will not allow a login without it. The server does not offer “secure password authentication”, because that is mainly used when logging in without a secure protocol.

For sending mail, set the SMTP server. Take care with this: the SMTP server will not accept mail until you have logged in with your username and password and connected over a secure protocol (SSL or TLS). The username and password for the SMTP server are the same as for POP3 and IMAP. Once you are logged in, the server will always let you send a valid message, whichever network you use to reach it. That is particularly useful for mail programs on mobile devices. If the server rejects a message, check the recipient’s address. The mail server rejects mail for domains that do not exist.

Password

You can change the password for FTP access, the mailbox and the SMTP server at https://mail.hehe.si/user/passwd.php.
